The Practice of English Language Teaching- Jeremy Harmer, this edition comes with a dvd and you can watch some lessons. Filled with practical tips, and pedegogy, great night time reading.

Grammar in Use - Raymond Murphy- I found this series really helpful to teach me grammar. It ranges from beginners to advanced, easy explanations and practice lessons. Great to help with those grammar arguments you might be having!
