  I made more life friends and learnt more personal development skills in 4 intense days than I did in 4 years at Uni!This course should definitely be on your to-learn list.
  Gabrielle responds incredibly quickly to requests. Most of the time it seemed like she knew what I was trying to ask even when I didn't.
  From before I even enrolled to after I finished the Advance TESOL Diploma, Gabrielle was and is the epitome of helpfulness, encouragement and patience.
  Miriam has to be among some of the best teachers I have ever had.
  She snuck in some pretty complex concepts while we were having fun.

• April 2009-It was great doing the course!  I woke up this morning and my first thoughts were about teaching children about the zoo!!  In the end I decided to get up and write up another lesson plan - the "after" one, based on the direct experience of trying to present a lesson and the excellent feedback and modelling improvements from Hamish.  Doing that might sound a bit obsessive??....but actually it felt really good to do it!! That was what I wanted to pass back to you guys because the new lesson plan MUST be a sign of a training job well done.  I thought you probably don't get a real sense of the difference you are making, so please pass on my thanks for a tangible improvement you have effected.Margaret Wellington
